Job summary

Lancashire County Council is recruiting a Cleaning Operative for Morecambe Library, Central Drive, West End, LA4 5DL. The role is part time (10 hours per week) with a fixed start time range and a salary of £13.45 per hour. Training is provided, and a Foundation Living Wage applies to the post.

You will be joining the Facilities Management team and work Monday to Friday. Applicants should be reliable with the ability to travel to the site.

Qualifications

• Experience in cleaning is desirable.
• Full training and ongoing support will be provided.

Responsibilities

• General cleaning duties: damp wiping and damp mopping.
• Vacuuming and toilet cleaning.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness at Morecambe Library.
