Job summary

Nviro is seeking a Library Cleaner to help create clean, hygienic and safe environments at Banstead Library and Banstead Youth Centre. This part-time role totals 18.5 hours weekly, with after-hours shifts across two sites in Banstead.

You will clean reading areas, desks, offices, kitchens and toilets, following schedules and safety procedures. We welcome reliable individuals, whether experienced or new to the industry, and provide full training, ongoing support, and uniform, cleaning products

Join Nviro as a Library Cleaner – Help create Clean, Hygienic and Safe environments

Location:

This role includes working across two sites:

Hours:

18.5 hours per week across two sites:

• 2.5 hours per day, after 5pm, Monday to Friday at Banstead Library
• 2 hours per day, after 7:30pm, Monday, Wednesday and Friday at Banstead Youth Centre

Pay Rate:

£13.45 per hour, paid four-weekly

We are looking for a reliable and caring cleaner to work in a quiet, friendly library environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, following routines, and taking pride in keeping a well-used community space clean and welcoming.

Your work plays an important role in helping to create a Clean, Hygienic and Safe environment for children, families, students, and members of the local community. Whether you have previous cleaning experience or are new to the industry, we'll provide full training, ongoing support, and everything you need to succeed.
