Gibson Dunn in London seeks a Library Assistant to support the RIM Department and UK/APAC offices with day-to-day library and research tasks.
You will manage the attorney book allowance data, respond to new client profiles, test new resources including GenAI tools, assist with joiners/departures, and coordinate with US colleagues to maintain smooth operations.

Based in London, the Library Assistant will be responsible for a broad range of administrative and operational tasks that support the daily function of the department. The role works closely with the RIM Global team to support the operational needs of the UK and APAC offices.
The RIM Department provides research assistance to the Firm’s attorneys and business services teams and oversees all research related subscriptions and online research resources; therefore, the candidate must be very flexible and highly committed to quality, customer service, teamwork and supporting Firm and department goals in a fast-paced environment.
This role reports to the Research Manager.
