Oasis Academy Hadley is seeking a Library Assistant to support reading and literacy across the academy. You will help create a welcoming, well-resourced library and deliver excellent service to students and staff.
Working alongside the Library Reading Champion, you will inspire a love of reading, support learning across ages 2–19, and contribute to a thriving library at the heart of the academy. The role is permanent with a 37-hour week and a 39-week term structure.

Salary: Support Staff Scale Outer London 5 to 7 (£25,319 to £26,052 actual)
Hours: 39 Weeks a Year, 37 Hours a Week. The library is open Monday to Friday from 7:30am - 6:00pm. Required to work on a rota basis within these hours as directed by the Line Manager and Principal.
