Working with students and staff, you will manage resources, oversee library systems, support Accelerated Reader interventions, and deliver initiatives to foster a school-wide culture of reading.

Job description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and organised Librarian to lead the day-to-day management and development of our school library at Orion Coopers. You will create a welcoming and engaging learning environment that promotes reading for pleasure, supports literacy development, and encourages independent learning.

Working closely with students and staff, you will manage library resources, oversee library systems, support reading interventions including Accelerated Reader, and deliver initiatives that foster a culture of reading across the school. The successful candidate will have excellent organisational and communication skills, a passion for literacy, and the ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, parents, and external partners.
