Liberty Blume Business Solutions (BBS) runs a graduate scheme in Bradford designed to give you hands-on experience across our key functions. You’ll rotate through three teams over two years, building a practical understanding of how we operate and how technology drives business improvements.

You’ll develop your expertise by working on real projects, laying the groundwork for a future leadership role.*The Assessment Centre for this scheme will be held in mid January 2027.**This graduate scheme is due to start September 2027.***WHAT TO EXPECT**Our scheme consists of varying rotations all based in our Bradford office across our exciting BBS functions:* Accounting Operations* HR Operations* Legal Operations* Tech Solutions* Tech Run & Innovate* Tech TransformationDuring the programme, you’ll build a core understanding of our strategy and operations across different territories and markets, and experience different roles to help accelerate your growth. Over two years you’ll rotate through three different teams across BBS, giving you a taste for a variety of potential career paths you may choose to follow.**Year one**Your first year will be two placements of six months, enabling you to gain great operational experience and setting you up for your final year.**Year two**The final year gives you the opportunity to be involved in developing how we use cutting edge technology to make improvements and implement technology solutions to real world business challenges.We will fully fund and support a technology related post graduate qualification.
