Job summary

Dalcour Maclaren is seeking a Liaison Officer to act as the primary interface between clients, landowners, occupiers and agents. The role involves building key relationships, securing consents, and keeping clients informed on practical land-related matters.

You will complete land referencing, assist with notices, arrange site visits, and support compensation processes while maintaining accurate records and meeting project timelines.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence is required.
• Knowledge of agriculture and rural affairs is beneficial.
• Excellent communication skills and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Be the main interface between the client and landowners, occupiers and agents daily.
• Proactively engage with landowners to secure required consents.
