Job summary

Frasia Wright Associates' client requires a Solicitor to join its Liability Team in Edinburgh or Glasgow. You will work with insurer and corporate clients, advising on claims related to employer, public and occupier liability, motor, catastrophic injury, healthcare, fraud, abuse, product liability and occupational disease.

The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year’s PQE and broad liability experience, including catastrophic injury experience.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year PQE in liability or related practice area.
• Experience handling catastrophic injury cases is preferred.
• Experience advising insurers and corporate clients is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Work on liability claims across employer, public and occupier exposure.
• Advise on motor, healthcare, fraud and product liability matters as part of the liability team.
