Job summary

Frasia Wright Associates in Glasgow is seeking a Solicitor (3–4 years PQE) or Associate (5+ years PQE) to join its specialist insurance litigation team. You will handle a diverse caseload of EL/PL, motor and disease claims for insurers and local authorities, working from Glasgow with flexible working arrangements.

You will manage your own files, conduct liability investigations, and liaise with clients, courts, and opposing parties.

Qualifications

• Experience defending EL/PL claims is essential.
• Knowledge of Scottish court procedures desirable.
