Job summary

Driving Logistics are looking for LGV1 Drivers for general haulage and trunking work around Manchester. Night trunking runs to South Wales; some tramper work for experienced drivers. 7 days a week operation with various start times and 10–12 hour shifts.

Induction includes an EU Driving Rules test; pay rates are Day £22/h, Night £23/h, Sat £24/h, Sun £25/h. Requirements: 12+ months LGV1 experience, <6 points, UK licence, CPC and tachograph card.

Qualifications

• 12 months LGV1 experience or recent LGV1 driving
• No more than 6 points on licence
• Hold UK driving licence, CPC and tachograph card
• Good attitude and professionalism
• Well presented and good time keeping

Responsibilities

• Deliveries and collections to and from Wholesalers/RDCs
• Night trunking runs from Manchester to South Wales
• Be prepared for longer shifts and variable start times
