Job summary

STEF Langdons delivers chilled and frozen foods to locations across the UK and Ireland within 24 hours. As an LGV Driver you will make deliveries and collections, visiting diverse customers and sites throughout your day.

You will drive safely, perform vehicle checks, unload/load as required, and ensure paperwork is accurate. The role requires organisation, flexibility and professional representation of the company in a team-focused operation.

Qualifications

• Requires LGV Cat C+E licence and CPC Tachograph card.
• Knowledge of driver, food safety and health & safety regulations.
• Strong communication, organisation and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliveries and collections to various customers and locations.
• Drive safely, complete vehicle checks and paperwork accurately.
• Load/unload as needed and represent STEF Langdons professionally.
• Be flexible, independent and team-oriented to keep operations moving.

What We Do

STEF Langdons delivers chilled and frozen food to almost any location across the UK and Ireland within 24 hours, supported by 12 depots and a fleet of over 500 vehicles.

The Role

As an LGV Driver, you’ll play an important role in keeping our operation moving. You’ll make deliveries and collections, visiting different customers and locations throughout your day.

You’ll be responsible for driving safely, completing vehicle checks, loading and unloading, carrying out temperature checks and ensuring delivery paperwork is accurate and complete. You’ll need to be organised, flexible and comfortable working independently, while representing STEF Langdons professionally and being part of a wider team

What You’ll Need

• Valid LGV Cat C+E licence
• In-date Driver CPC and Tachograph Card
• Good knowledge of driver, food safety, and health & safety regulations
• Good communication, organisation and time-management skills
• A flexible, reliable approach and a commitment to safe working

Available Shift Pattern

• Monday to Friday Days
• Sunday to Thursday Nights
