Job summary

Morson Edge is seeking an experienced LGV Driver to join our Readymix team in Norfolk. You will deliver ready-mix concrete to residential and commercial sites, ensuring safe, on-time deliveries across the area while maintaining paperwork and vehicle checks.

Experience with RMX mixer is an advantage; full training can be provided. Flexibility for overtime and out-of-hours work is expected to support project schedules.

Qualifications

• Valid LGV/HGV Class 1 licence.
• Valid Digital Tachograph Card.
• Valid CPC/DQC qualification.
• Previous HGV driving experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ready-mix concrete safely to customer sites.
• Carry out daily vehicle checks and report issues.
• Follow driving, safety and legal requirements.
• Complete delivery paperwork and load information accurately.
• Ensure loads are transported safely and securely.
• Work flexibly, including overtime and occasional out-of-hours cover.

As an LGV Driver, you'll be responsible for safely delivering ready-mix concrete to residential and commercial sites across the area. You'll be an important part of our team, helping to make sure deliveries arrive safely and on time.

What you'll be doing

• Delivering ready-mix concrete safely to customer sites
• Carrying out daily vehicle checks and reporting any issues
• Following all driving, safety and legal requirements
• Completing delivery paperwork and load information accurately
• Making sure loads are transported safely and securely
• Working flexibly, including overtime and occasional out-of-hours cover

What we're looking for

• LGV/HGV Class 1 driving licence
• Valid Digital Tachograph Card
• Valid CPC/DQC qualification
• Previous HGV driving experience
• Flexible approach to working hours

Experience driving an RMX mixer is an advantage, but full training can be provided where appropriate.
