Job summary

Morson Group is seeking an experienced LGV Driver to join our Readymix team in Norfolk. You will safely deliver ready-mix concrete to residential and commercial sites while helping ensure on-time arrivals.

Responsibilities include daily vehicle checks, compliance with safety and legal requirements, and accurate loading/delivery documentation. A flexible, can-do approach to shifts is essential, with overtime and occasional out-of-hours cover expected.

Qualifications

• Valid LGV/HGV Class 1 driving licence.
• Digital Tachograph Card valid for testing and compliance.
• CPC/DQC qualification holder with current certification.
• Proven experience driving HGV vehicles on varied routes.
• Flexible approach to shifts, including irregular hours.

We’re looking for an experienced LGV Driver to join our Readymix team in Norfolk.

As an LGV Driver, you’ll be responsible for safely delivering ready-mix concrete to residential and commercial sites across the area. You’ll be an important part of our team, helping to make sure deliveries arrive safely and on time.

What you’ll be doing

• Delivering ready-mix concrete safely to customer sites
• Carrying out daily vehicle checks and reporting any issues
• Following all driving, safety and legal requirements
• Completing delivery paperwork and load information accurately
• Making sure loads are transported safely and securely
• Working flexibly, including overtime and occasional out-of-hours cover

What we’re looking for

• LGV/HGV Class 1 driving licence
• Valid Digital Tachograph Card
• Valid CPC/DQC qualification
• Previous HGV driving experience
• Flexible approach to working hours

Experience driving an RMX mixer is an advantage, but full training can be provided where appropriate.
