Your Role

Your Responsibilities

• Comply with all relevant legislation and agreed procedures to ensure a safe and legal working environment and consistent quality standards.
• Maintain and promote a positive image of Kuehne+Nagel Government and Defence.
• Ensure safe and high driver standards and positive driver behaviors.
• Follow all delivery, collection, and returns procedures. Maintain and manage company equipment. Be responsible for the security of the vehicle & load at all times.
• Report vehicle defects and ensure that the defect is documented.
• Comply with Driver’s regulations & Working Time Directive in line with the O License legislation and Company procedures.
• Perform other duties as required in line with business needs, with appropriate training provided.
• Ensure all documentation is completed as per company procedure.
• Operate a FLT or other MHE as trained and when required.
• Follow all housekeeping tasks as required.
• Work Monday to Friday with flexibility for overtime and nights out as needed.

Your Skills And Experiences

• Must hold a current Class C+E licence.
• Preferred ADR Class 1-9 – Less than 7.
• Preferably hold a valid Forklift Counterbalance licence.
• Basic numeracy and conversational English language skills.
• Hold a valid driver qualification card.
• Preferred 2 years of driving experience.
