Job summary

Booker Group is recruiting a LGV Driver for Best Food Logistics in the UK. This role involves multi‑drop deliveries, manual handling and adhering to food safety and driving regulations.

You must hold a current LGV Class 2 licence and a valid CPC card. The role is 48 hours per week with potential overtime, including Saturdays and public holidays. Applications from newly qualified drivers are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products to customers on time and in full per delivery schedule.
• Complete delivery documentation such as delivery notes, credits and collections.
• Adhere to Driving Legislation and Working Time Regulations.
• Follow Health and Safety procedures and look after own and others’ safety.
• Comply with Food safety legislation and Chill Chain Standards.
• Ensure LGV is maintained with safety checks and defect book.
• Collect all empty equipment from customers.
• Cooperate with the Shift Management team and undertake other duties as directed.
