Job description

LGV Cat C Driver (HGV Class 2) 5 on 3 off shift pattern - based Rugby

Pay Rate: £34,920 basic based on a 42 hour contract ( plus £1.00 per hour unsocial hour premium between 00:00-04:00)
Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)
Shift patterns: 5 on, 3 off shift pattern - will include weekend working
Location: Rugby Gateway CV23 0XF

DHL, award winning leading supply chain business is seeking additional LGV Cat C Drivers to play a vital role in our distribution service.

WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?

As part of your normal duties, whilst maintaining excellent health and safety practices, you will

• Delivery of caged ambient, chilled and frozen goods
• Multi drop deliveries to BP fuel station forecourts - between 4 - 6 drops per day on average - average of 9.75 hours per day
• Shifts available 04:00-0800, 07:00-11:00, 10:00-14:00 and 13:00-17:00 - each opportunity has a 4 hour start window
• 5 on 3 off shift pattern - plus additional shifts / overtime available

WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?

• Minimum 12 months LGV Cat C (HGV Class 2) 'on the road' commercial experience.
• Ideally experience of multi drop food delivery
• Live locally to Rugby CV23 0XF
• You MUST hold a valid HGV Class 2 Driving Licence (C), Driver CPC Qualification and Digital Tachograph Card
