Job summary

XPO is recruiting LGV CE Drivers to join our team in Kirkby Thore on contract with British Gypsum. You will typically work Monday, Tuesday and Friday, with weekends off, delivering gypsum products with 2–3 drops per day and up to 30 hours per week.

The role offers pay at £17.05 per hour on weekdays, £26.50 per hour on Saturdays and £34.10 per hour on Sundays, plus discounts, pension, and ongoing CPC/DIGI training.

Qualifications

• Valid LGV C+E Licence.
• CPC and DIGI card up to date.
• No more than 6 points on driving licence.
• No DD, DR or IN endorsements on licence.

Responsibilities

• Safely drive HGV Class 1 vehicles to deliver gypsum products.
• Make 2–3 drops per day.
• Ensure goods are strapped correctly before journey.
• Operate to FORS Gold level safety standards.
