Biffa Group in Nottingham is seeking an LGV Driver for the AM shift (04:00–13:30). You will operate front and back loaders and collect waste from trade customers, working outdoors with initiative and reliability.

The role offers an hourly rate of £16.87 and overtime; you’ll join a company with a strong community focus and safety-driven culture, including training and employee benefits.

Formación

• Valid LGV/HGV Class 2 (Category C) driving licence.
• Valid Driver CPC / Driver Qualification Card.
• Good understanding of road safety and vehicle safety.
• Ability to complete daily vehicle checks and report defects.
• Good knowledge of drivers' hours and tachograph requirements.
• Ability to safely manoeuvre and operate a large rigid vehicle.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Good awareness of health & safety procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Drive LGV vehicles (front and back loaders) to collect and empty bins from trade waste customers.
• Work as part of a single person crew and operate outdoors with initiative.
