Biffa Waste Services is seeking an LGV Driver for the AM shift at Burgess Hill Depot. The role runs Mon–Fri, 45 hours per week, starting at 04:00, with an hourly rate of £16.87 and occasional Saturday overtime. You will operate LGV vehicles to collect and empty bins from trade waste customers.

Working outdoors, you’ll be valued for initiative and reliability, with training, discounts, and family-friendly policies available. Company pension, uniforms, and PPE are provided.

Qualifications

• Full, valid LGV Class 2 (Cat C) licence is required.
• Driver CPC and Tachograph Card required.
• Knowledge of road safety and drivers’ hours regulations.
• Ability to work outdoors and independently.

Responsabilités

• Drive LGV vehicles to collect and empty bins for trade waste customers.
• Work as part of a single person crew on a 45-hour week.
• Adhere to health and safety policies and regulations.
• Carry out overtime on Saturdays as needed.
