Pay ranges from £17.67 to £29.33 per hour, rising to £22.00 from 1 November; overtime over 50 hours is paid at £29.33. Duties include 4–5 deliveries per shift, palletised loads with tail-lift, and some light unloading.

Qualifications

• Valid HGV Class 1 / LGV 1 license.
• At least 180 days UK Class 1 driving experience in the last two years.
• Valid Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card.
• No more than 6 penalty points and no DR/IN endorsements.

Responsibilities

• Deliver stock to stores nationwide with a modern fleet.
• Complete relevant paperwork and maintain records.
• 4–5 deliveries per shift with palletised loads and tail-lift.

Pay rates

• Now until 31 October: £17.67 per hour for the first 50 hours per week £22.97 per hour for overtime above 50 hours per week
• Peak rates: 1 November–24 December: £22.00 per hour for the first 50 hours per week £29.33 per hour for overtime above 50 hours per week

Paid weekly, with holiday pay and a pension scheme.

Hours of work

• Monday to Friday
• Start times between 04:00 and 07:00
• Average shifts of 10 hours
• Day shifts throughout the assignment
• Work planned through to Christmas Eve

The role

What you’ll need

• A valid HGV Class 1 / LGV 1 / Category C+E licence
