Job summary

Pertemps Leicester is hiring a Class 1 HGV Driver for a Monday to Friday shift pattern based in Leicester. You will deliver to retail stores with 1–3 drops per day, starting between 1:00am and 6:00am and finishing between 1:00pm and 4:00pm. Occasional nights out may occur during peak periods.

The role offers £17.69 per hour base with shift premiums, and ongoing temporary work. Previous Class 1 driving experience and good knowledge of UK roads are desirable.

Class 1 Drivers

to support a busy transport operation during the upcoming peak period, with ongoing opportunities available for reliable and experienced drivers.

The RoleYou will be responsible for completing deliveries to retail stores, with routes typically involving

1, 2 or 3 drops per day , depending on daily volumes.

Start times will vary between

1:00am and 6:00am , with typical finishes between

1:00pm and 4:00pm .

There may also be occasional opportunities involving

nights out .
