Job summary

Listers Group is seeking a highly motivated Centre Manager for our Lexus Dealership in Coventry. The role reports to the Centre Principal and oversees day-to-day performance to exceed customer expectations.

The position offers a competitive package with a basic salary up to £60,000 and an £85,000 OTE plus benefits, including a Lexus company car. You will lead from the front to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience overseeing Retail and/or Aftersales in a franchised dealership.
• Proven track record of delivering outstanding results and customer satisfaction.
• Strong management and leadership skills with a positive mindset.
• Currently in a senior line management role within a franchised dealership.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth of each department in the dealership.
• Lead a customer satisfaction programme to raise service levels.
• Receive support from Head Office functions (IT, Finance, Marketing, Recruitment, Training).
• Create enduring relationships with franchises and customers through active leadership.

We are currently recruiting for a highly motivated and results driven Centre Manager for our Lexus Dealership in Coventry. This is a very exciting time to be joining the brand with some exciting new vehicles planned for 2027.

To reflect the importance of this role it comes with a basic salary of up to £60,000 with an £85,000 OTE plus benefits including a Lexus company car.

In this role you will be reporting to the Lexus Centre Principal and take responsibility for the day to day running and performance of the dealership.

In every aspect of our operation the aim is always to exceed customer expectations. Customer care is of paramount importance - it’s expected that within this role you will be leading from the front to ensure that our customers receive the best possible experience.

Role And Responsibilities

• Working closely with the management team the Centre Manager is responsible for the continued growth of each department.
• You will drive a leading customer satisfaction programme that takes the dealership into a different league to your competitors.
• You will receive a robust support network from our Head Office team including our I.T, Finance, Accounts, Marketing, Recruitment and Training departments.

About You

• The successful candidate will have experience of overseeing the Retail and/or Aftersales departments within a franchised dealership.
• You must be able demonstrate a successful track record of delivering outstanding results and exceptional customer satisfaction.
• In addition, you need to have strong management and leadership skills, a positive mindset and a real passion for the brand.
• Currently be in a senior line management role within a franchised dealership.
