Job summary

Listers Group Limited in Coventry is recruiting a Centre Manager for our Lexus Dealership. The role reports to the Centre Principal and oversees daily dealership performance, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.

You will drive customer satisfaction, lead a strong management team and work with Head Office support across IT, Finance, Marketing and Training. A rewarding package including benefits awaits the successful candidate.

Qualifications

• Experience of overseeing the Retail and/or Aftersales departments within a franchised dealership.
• Proven track record of delivering outstanding results and exceptional customer satisfaction.
• Strong management and leadership skills, a positive mindset and a real passion for the brand.
• Currently be in a senior line management role within a franchised dealership.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day running and performance of the dealership.
• Lead from the front to exceed customer expectations and drive a leading customer satisfaction programme.
• Collaborate with Head Office functions (IT, Finance, Accounts, Marketing, Recruitment and Training).
• Drive growth across departments and strengthen bonds with the franchises and customers.

Job description

We are currently recruiting for a highly motivated and results driven Centre Manager for our Lexus Dealership in Coventry. This is a very exciting time to be joining the brand with some exciting new vehicles planned for 2027.

To reflect the importance of this role it comes with a basic salary of up to £60,000 with an £85,000 OTE plus benefits including a Lexus company car.

In this role you will be reporting to the Lexus Centre Principal and take responsibility for the day to day running and performance of the dealership.

Role and Responsibilities

• Working closely with the management team the Centre Manager is responsible for the continued growth of each department.
• You will drive a leading customer satisfaction programme that takes the dealership into a different league to your competitors.
• You will receive a robust support network from our Head Office team including our I.T, Finance, Accounts, Marketing, Recruitment and Training departments.

About you
