Job summary

Natixis CIB in Europe offers an Intern - Leveraged Capital Markets role for 12 months within the LCM team. The intern will assist in market analysis, pricing support, and preparation of client materials; contribute to weekly market updates and underwriting memoranda.

The position requires strong analytical and quantitative abilities, teamwork, and effective communication, with exposure to HY and TLB transactions and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Maintain up to date market intelligence resources (Comps databases)
• Contribute to analytics projects such as CLO Investor analysis, New Issuance Premium analysis, Sector Comparables, Deal idea generation
• Support members of the team in the production of a weekly market update document
• Support Origination teams in the preparation of pitch books for client presentations
• Support the pricing exercises of HY and TLB issuance
• Contribute to the production of Underwriting memoranda to be presented in Credit Committee
• Support administrative and closing workstreams (filing, fee booking)
• Support team in monitoring underwritten positions
