Job summary

Natixis Corporate & Investment Banking is seeking a capable professional to join the Leveraged Capital Markets (LCM) team. You will help structure and distribute leveraged finance transactions such as High Yield and Term Loan B across Europe, supporting analysts and origination teams with market insights, pitch books, pricing and underwriting processes.

• Maintain up to date market intelligence resources (Comps databases).
• Contribute to analytics projects (CLO Investor analysis, New Issuance Premium analysis, Sector Comparables).
• Support weekly market updates document production.
• Assist origination teams with pitch books for client presentations.
• Support pricing exercises of HY and TLB issuance.
• Contribute to underwriting memoranda after due diligence reviews.
• Support admin and closing workstreams (filing, fee booking).
• Monitor underwritten positions.

Within Bank, you will join the Leveraged Capital Markets (LCM) teams.

LCM is responsible for structuring and distributing leveraged finance transactions in the form of High Yield and Term Loan B products across Europe.

Main responsibilities and duties of the role:

LCM

• Maintain up to date market intelligence resources (Comps databases)
• Contribute to analytics projects such as CLO Investor analysis, New Issuance Premium analysis, Sector Comparables, Deal idea generation
• Support members of the team in the production of a weekly market update document
• Support Origination teams in the preparation of pitch books for client presentations
• Support the pricing exercises of HY and TLB issuance
• Contribute to the production of Underwriting memoranda (after review of the due diligence reports, management presentations etc) to be presented in Credit Committee
• Support administrative and closing workstreams (filing, fee booking)
• Support team in monitoring underwritten positions
