• 2+ years' experience in leveraged finance or similar markets.
• Excellent financial modelling and Excel capability.
• Experience preparing credit papers or investment committee submissions.
• Strong written and verbal communication with ability to present complex information.

Responsibilities

• Support origination and execution of leverage finance transactions.
• Prepare credit papers, investment committee submissions, and client marketing materials.
• Research future opportunities and analyse complex data to inform client conversations.
• Develop product offerings and strengthen relationships with sponsors and clients.
• Ensure deals are appropriately priced and completed in line with regulatory requirements.
