Job Description:
We are looking to hire an Apprentice Sports Coach Level 4.
Work Schedule: Apprentice, 30hrs/week
Pay: £10,000 - £12,500 p/a
Location: Coventry (Also covering Warwickshire)

Job Responsibilities:
- Drive activity levels of Empowr-U within Coventry to engage young people.
- Develop the activity schedule to support personal development pathways.
- Align activities with the strategic plan and KPIs.
- Apply Empowr-U values to all sessions and projects.
- Promote our values among customers, partners, and communities.
- Recruit, nurture, and coordinate volunteers.
- Create engaging environments for children, young people, and communities.
- Influence new business opportunities aligned with Empowr-U's vision and mission.
- Maintain a culture of safeguarding and safety for children and young people.
- Use feedback to improve practices and give young people a voice.
- Deliver training and mentor staff to enhance effectiveness.
- Manage logistics, communication, and coordination to improve delivery quality.
- Identify market gaps and opportunities.
- Prepare equipment and session layouts.
- Build professional relationships with stakeholders.
- Promote inclusivity and reduce barriers to participation.
- Lead activity development and personal growth initiatives for 8-25-year-olds.
- Undertake CPD to meet standards.
- Plan, promote, deliver, and evaluate sessions in Coventry and Warwickshire.
- Support staff, apprentices, trainees, and volunteers.
- Lead or assist with events and projects.
- Support positive publicity of Empowr-U.
- Follow policies, including safeguarding, health and safety, and equal opportunities.
- Ensure high standards in activity delivery and safeguarding practices.
- Perform other duties as required, maintaining excellent timekeeping and communication routines.
