Job summary

Salford City Council is seeking 2 full-time and 1 part-time Level 3 Teaching Assistants for Springwood Primary School, Craig Hall (Irlam) site. The roles are permanent, supporting primary-aged pupils with moderate to complex needs across sites within Springwood and the Link Education Trust.

Applicants should demonstrate experience with pupils who may have challenging behaviour and complex needs, a commitment to safeguarding, and a willingness to engage in professional development and team

Qualifications

• Experience in supporting primary age children with complex needs to achieve potential.
• Ability to ensure inclusion and support for pupils with special educational needs or behaviour challenges.
• Willingness to work as part of a team to provide an appropriate learning environment and to develop skills.
