Osborne Primary School in Birmingham is seeking a caring, enthusiastic and dedicated Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join our team. This rewarding role supports children's learning, development and wellbeing, helping every child reach their full potential within a positive, inclusive classroom.

The successful candidate will work closely with teachers and colleagues to deliver engaging activities, support individual and small groups, assist with resources, and help maintain a safe and supportive

Qualifications

• Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent.
• Experience supporting children in a primary setting.
• Positive, patient and nurturing approach with a passion for helping children learn.
• Ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff.

Responsabilités

• Support teachers in delivering engaging lessons and learning activities.
• Work with individuals and small groups of pupils to reinforce learning and develop key skills.
• Provide tailored support to pupils with additional learning needs, adapting activities where appropriate.
• Promote positive behaviour and encourage pupils to develop independence, confidence and social skills.
• Assist with the preparation of classroom resources and learning materials.
• Monitor pupils' progress and provide feedback to teachers to support their development.
• Help maintain a safe, inclusive and stimulating learning environment.
• Support pupils' personal care needs, including intimate care, in line with school policies and procedures.
• Contribute to the wider life of the school and work collaboratively with colleagues, parents and carers where appropriate.
