Vision for Education Ltd is seeking a Level 3 Teaching Assistant to support pupils at Warboys. The role involves assisting teachers, preparing materials, and providing targeted support to children with additional needs.

You will help monitor progress and foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment. The ideal candidate holds a Level 3 TA qualification, has experience in schools, and demonstrates strong communication and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent).
• Experience working with children in a school or educational setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A patient, caring, and proactive approach to supporting learning.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.

Responsibilities

• Support the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons and learning activities.
• Assist in the planning and preparation of lessons, resources, and displays.
• Provide one-to-one and small group support to pupils, including those with additional needs.
• Monitor and record pupils' progress and provide feedback to teachers.
• Help maintain a positive, orderly classroom environment.
• Promote inclusion and support the emotional and social development of pupils.
• Supervise pupils during breaks, lunchtimes, and on school trips as required.
