Job summary

Aspire People are working in partnership with a primary school in Hinckley to recruit a passionate Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join their team on a full-time basis.

This role offers the chance to support pupils daily, deliver engaging activities with the class teacher, and help create an inclusive, nurturing learning environment where every child can thrive.

You will work Monday to Friday in one school, with ongoing guidance and DBS safeguarding checks provided by Aspire People.

Qualifications

• Qualified Level 3 Teaching Assistant
• Experience working in a UK primary school
• Ability to support pupils and foster inclusive learning.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging learning activities alongside the class teacher.
• Provide individual and small-group support to help pupils achieve learning goals.
• Encourage pupils' confidence, independence and participation in classroom activities.
• Support pupils who may require additional help with learning or development.
• Maintain a positive classroom atmosphere and promote good behaviour.
• Prepare classroom materials and assist with day-to-day lesson activities.
• Monitor pupil progress and share observations with teaching staff.
• Promote an inclusive learning environment where every child feels supported and valued.
