Job summary

Engage Partners Limited in Leeds is recruiting for a Trainee Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join a mainstream primary school. You will gain a funded Level 3 CACHE Teaching Assistant Apprenticeship while working with pupils to support learning and development.

Earn £275–£300 per week while you train, with a dedicated mentor, DBS support, and study time aligned with school holidays. This is a fantastic pathway into education and SEND roles, with progression into HLTA and teaching training.

• Committed to completing the 11-month apprenticeship programme.

Responsibilities

About the Role
As a Trainee Level 3 Teaching Assistant, you’ll work alongside experienced staff to support pupils with a range of additional needs, helping them to achieve their full potential in a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment.
Your responsibilities will include:
