Job summary

Engage Education in Lewisham is recruiting a Trainee Teaching Assistant to support pupils across KS3 and KS4 while completing a fully funded Level 3 Teaching Assistant Apprenticeship.

Role offers £10.00–£13.00 per hour, apprenticeship pay from day one, and progression to HLTA with mentoring and school-based training. DBS support and flexible study arrangements are provided.

Qualifications

• Commitment to an 11-month apprenticeship.
• GCSE Maths & English Grade C/4+ preferred.
• Not enrolled in another government-funded course.

• Assist with phonics, literacy, numeracy, and interventions.
