Are you an experienced Level 3 Primary School Teaching Assistant looking for a new challenge starting September 2025? We are currently recruiting for a school in Stockport, Greater Manchester, seeking highly motivated and enthusiastic Level 3 Teaching Assistants. We want someone passionate about learning, an effective communicator, flexible, reliable, creative, hardworking, and able to work well with an experienced team.

As a Level 3 Primary Teaching Assistant, we expect you to be an outstanding member of staff, with the following qualities and qualifications:

1. Experience working within Primary Schools
2. Confidence with the EYFS, Key Stage 1 & 2 curriculum
3. Minimum Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification
4. Ability to provide quality support to teachers and pupils
5. Capability to carry out small group work and work with individuals under the teacher's planning
6. Ability to think on your feet
7. High expectations of learning and behaviour
8. Hold a DBS on the update service
