Job summary

The Supply Register Ltd. is recruiting Level 3 Teaching Assistants to work across a cluster of L.E.A.D Academy Trust schools in the Birley area of Sheffield (S12).

This is an excellent opportunity for experienced Teaching Assistants who are confident delivering interventions, supporting learning independently and making a positive impact on pupil progress. Immediate start, flexible supply and long-term placements available.

Qualifications

• Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification required.
• Experience supporting pupils within primary education.
• Enhanced DBS check on Update Service or willingness to obtain one.
• Strong behaviour management and clear communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver targeted interventions and small group support.
• Support whole-class learning activities.
• Work on a 1:1 basis with pupils where required.
• Assist teachers with planning and classroom delivery.
• Support pupils with SEND and additional learning needs.
• Promote positive behaviour and engagement.
