The Supply Register Ltd. is recruiting Level 3 Teaching Assistants to work across L.E.A.D Academy Trust schools in the Birley area of Sheffield (S12). You will deliver interventions, support learning and assist teachers to raise pupil progress.

We are looking for candidates with Level 3 TA qualification, experience in primary education and strong behaviour management. DBS Update Service is preferred. Immediate start opportunities with flexible supply and long-term placements are available.

Formación

• Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification is required.
• Experience supporting pupils in primary education.
• Ability to deliver targeted interventions and group activities.
• Excellent behaviour management and communication skills.
• Flexible and proactive approach; DBS Update Service preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver targeted interventions and small group support.
• Support whole-class learning activities.
• Provide 1:1 support for pupils when required.
• Assist teachers with planning and classroom delivery.
• Support pupils with SEND and other needs.
• Promote positive behaviour and pupil engagement.

This is an excellent opportunity for experienced Teaching Assistants who are confident delivering interventions, supporting learning independently and making a positive impact on pupil progress.

Role Responsibilities

• Deliver targeted interventions and small group support
• Support whole-class learning activities
• Work on a 1:1 basis with pupils where required
• Assist teachers with planning and classroom delivery
• Support pupils with SEND and additional learning needs
• Promote positive behaviour and engagement

We're Looking For

• Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification
• Experience supporting pupils within primary education
• Confidence leading interventions and group activities
• Strong behaviour management and communication skills
• A flexible and proactive attitude
• An Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
