Justteachers Ltd is recruiting a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner for a full-time role at a primary school in Nuneaton, starting September 2026, fixed-term until the end of the academic year. The school has an excellent Early Years provision with a nurturing environment and experienced staff.

You will support children’s learning through play, deliver communication and language activities, observe and record children’s development, and maintain a safe and engaging learning environment.

Qualifications

• Level 2 or higher teaching assistant qualification or equivalent (relevant to working with children)
• Proven experience working with children in a school or relevant setting (That can be referenced)
• A minimum of two references that cover the past two years, including last employer. Ideally references will be education or school-based references
