Summit Learning Trust is seeking a Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join Kineton Green Primary School in Solihull. You will provide pupil support, including those with additional needs, and help foster a proactive, caring school culture.
Applicants should hold a Level 3 TA qualification with GCSEs in English and Maths (C/5 or above) and demonstrate a passion for helping learners in a busy primary setting. Term-time hours, permanent contract, with a supportive staff network.

Hours: 20 hours per week, 8.30am – 12.30pm, Monday – Friday, Term time only
Status: Permanent
Salary: Support Staff Scale Band C (Point 4 -14), FTE £26,016 - £30,515 per annum.
Actual Salary £12,056 - £14,140 per annum.

With a level 3 TA qualification as well as GCSE’s (or equivalent) in English and Maths at Grade C/5 or above/equivalent, you will have a real passion for supporting pupils, including those with particular needs, as well as a desire to develop a pro-active and supportive culture throughout school.
Kineton Green Primary School is a one form entry school in Solihull. We are a good school (Ofsted January 2020) and we have recently joined the Summit Learning Trust. We take great pride in developing a caring, creative and safe environment for our learners and we are passionate about providing a rich and varied curriculum that inspires curiosity and enquiry.
