Job summary

Kent Teaching Solutions Ltd. in Medway is seeking a Level 3 qualified Teaching Assistant to join a driven and enthusiastic team on a full-time basis, starting immediately.

You will support pupils under the guidance of teaching staff, supervise small groups, prepare materials, monitor progress and help manage classroom behaviour.

The role emphasizes safeguarding and building positive relationships with children, with a focus on flexible activities and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Look after children who are upset or unwell.
