Job summary

Lancaster Academy in Leicester is seeking an inspirational Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join our SEND department on a temporary basis until 31 August 2027. The post is term-time plus training days, with a pro-rata salary reflecting part-time hours.

Applications from both experienced and newly qualified TAs are welcome and training opportunities are provided. You will work in the DSP Provision and mainstream settings, supporting pupils to access learning and make progress, with opportunities for

• Support pupils in the DSP Provision and Mainstream classrooms.

• Monitor pupil progress and report on outcomes to SLT and teachers.
