We are working with a fantastic special school that provides tailored learning experiences for students with diverse educational needs. They are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Level 3 Teaching Assistant to play a key role in supporting students both academically and socially.

About The Role:

  • Lead pre-planned lessons across a range of subjects, ensuring an engaging and structured learning experience
  • Provide 1:1 and small group support, helping students develop their confidence and independence
  • Assist in managing a variety of complex needs, including supporting non-verbal students and those with significant learning difficulties
  • Work closely with teachers to foster a positive and inclusive learning environment
  • Support students in both academic and social development, helping them thrive in their education journey

  • Experienced Teaching Assistants (Level 3 or 4) looking to further their career in SEND
