Job summary

Tradewind Recruitment is seeking a qualified Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join our client schools in Rochdale and surrounding areas on a full-time basis.

You will support pupils with learning, development and individual needs, with a focus on SEN. The ideal candidate will have Level 3 TA qualification, prior school experience, and strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with teachers and support staff.

Qualifications

• Experience as TA in a school setting.

• Hold a Level 3 Teaching Assistant or equivalent qualification - required.
• Have previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant within a school setting.
• Have experience supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN) - required.
• Have a genuine passion for supporting children and helping them reach their full potential.
• Are patient, caring, reliable and enthusiastic.
