Job summary

WMJobs is recruiting a Level 3 Teaching Assistant to support the Wellbeing Team at Southall School. The role covers the whole school and individual pupils, with a focus on SEN and complex needs. 32.5 hours per week during term time plus PD days, permanent contract.

The ideal candidate will hold NVQ 3 for TAs or equivalent, have Level 2 numeracy/literacy, and understand Child Protection policies. Patience and empathy are essential, with strong literacy and numeracy skills.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support pupils within the Wellbeing Team and across the school.
• Assist individual students and groups as part of the Wellbeing Team.
• Work with pupils with SEN and complex needs where required.
