Job summary

Protocol Education Ltd in Croydon is seeking a Level 3 Teaching Assistant to support learners across EYFS to KS2 in busy primary schools. This full-time role offers daily pay (£95–£115) and an immediate start, with opportunities to develop classroom skills.

You will deliver small group interventions, support 1:1 alongside teachers and SENCOs, contribute to safeguarding, and help pupils with reading, writing and maths. Enhanced DBS on Update Service is essential.

Qualifications

• Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification required.
• Experience working in UK primary schools is essential.
• Strong safeguarding and behaviour management understanding.
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service is essential.

Responsibilities

• Support learning across EYFS, KS1 or KS2.
• Deliver small group interventions and 1:1 support.
• Assist pupils with SEND including autism, ADHD, SEMH.
• Support phonics, reading, writing and maths.
• Promote positive behaviour and maintain a calm learning environment.
• Work closely with class teachers and SENCOs.
