Job summary

Simply Education is recruiting Level 3 Teaching Assistants to support a range of schools in the Gainsborough area for long-term roles starting September 2026. Roles available full-time and part-time.

As a Level 3 Teaching Assistant, you will support lesson delivery, assist with 1:1 and small group work, and help deliver targeted interventions while promoting positive behaviour and inclusive learning environments.

Qualifications

• A recognised Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent).
• Experience working in a school setting is preferred.
• Proactive, adaptable and enthusiastic approach.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Genuine passion for supporting children's development and learning.

Responsibilities

• Assist the class teacher with lesson delivery and classroom management.
• Support students on a 1:1 basis or in small groups.
• Help plan and deliver targeted interventions.
• Promote positive behaviour and engagement.
• Support pupils with additional needs, where required.
