Job summary

Regency High School in Worcester is offering a Level 3 Teaching Assistant Apprenticeship. The role supports teachers and pupils aged 11–19 with learning difficulties, providing personalised assistance across the classroom and school environment.

Responsibilities

• Support children’s learning, development, confidence, and independence in the classroom and school environment.
• Provide tailored support to individuals and small groups, including pupils with SEN and additional needs.
• Assist teachers with lessons, literacy and numeracy activities, assessments, and learning programmes.
• Promote positive behaviour and support safeguarding and health & safety procedures.
• Monitor pupils’ progress and share observations with teachers and professionals.
