Oasis Academy Hobmoor is seeking a Level 3 SEN Teaching Assistant to provide dedicated in-class support and help personalise learning for designated students. The role is permanent and part of the 39-week year, with a 32.5 hour week (8:30 - 16:00).

We value SEN expertise and autism awareness, and you will be a key member of our academy, supporting students across the school and contributing to a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Level 3 TA qualification required.
• SEN/autism understanding and strategies to support would be advantageous.
• Willingness to support across the academy and provide targeted help to thrive.
