Job summary

Oasis Community Learning is recruiting a Level 3 SEN Teaching Assistant for Oasis Academy Hobmoor. You will support in class and personalise learning for students with SEN, including autism, within a supportive community.

The role is permanent, 39 weeks a year, with a 32.5 hour week (8:30–16:00). Salary is circa £30,000–£32,000 FTE and will be pro-rata. CPD opportunities and staff wellbeing are priorities at our academy group.

Qualifications

• Level 3 TA qualification (or equivalent).
• Experience supporting SEN students is advantageous.
• Ability to contribute across the academy as needed.

About our Level 3 SEN Teaching Assistant vacancy

We are looking for a Level 3 qualified Teaching Assistant. The role is permanent.We're looking for a TA who will support in class and help to personalise learning for their designated students. An understanding of SEN, autism and strategies to support would be advantageous. You'll also be someone happy to support elsewhere across the academy and ensure our students are given the targeted support to thrive.Ultimately no two days will be the same, you'll learn lots about our students and be a key person in their lives.
