Busy Bees is seeking a Level 3 Qualified Early Years Assistant to join our team at Busy Bees Dorking. You will deliver the Bee Curious curriculum, support development, and mentor unqualified staff while taking on greater responsibility in a supportive setting.

You will contribute to a thriving nursery with strong team bonds, manage observations, and assist in providing outstanding care to children aged under 5.

Qualifications

• Level 3 qualification in early years education.
• Experience working with children under 5.
• Empathy and understanding – each child is unique.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and delivering educational activities that promote children's development.
• Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment.
• Take on the role of Key Person, fostering strong partnerships with children and their families.
• Track and report on children's progress through observations and assessments.
