Job summary

We’re seeking a Level 3 Qualified Early Years Assistant to join our team as a Relief Early Years Educator, supporting the Bee Curious curriculum and guiding unqualified colleagues in a thriving setting.

You’ll plan and deliver activities, foster a safe, inclusive environment, and build strong relationships with children and families.

Qualifications

• Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education is required.
• Experience working with children under 5 is beneficial.
• Empathy and understanding of individual children are essential.
• Strong communication and organisational skills are important.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and delivering educational activities that promote children's development.
• Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment.
• Take on the role of Key Person, fostering strong partnerships with children and their families.
• Track and report on children’s progress through observations and assessments.
